8. Consultation Scheduling and No-             Show Policy

By scheduling a consultation with the Firm, you agree to appear at the scheduled date and time or to provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you are unable to attend. Failure to appear for a scheduled consultation without providing the required notice (“no call/no show”) may, at the Firm’s discretion, result in a requirement that a non-refundable consultation fee of $100, payable in advance, be paid before any future consultation is scheduled. The Firm reserves the right to decline rescheduling a consultation following a no call/no show.

Changes to These Terms

     Compton Law, P.A. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

     Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

      These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved in the state court located in Lee County, Florida.
